As a former customer of this salon, I can honestly say I will never go back to this place again. I have never once complained about the service I have receieved at any salonI have been to before but I was treated horribly at this salon. First I was switched to another stylist who was different from who I had requested when I made the appointment, they would not tell me the price it would cost when I arrived at my appointment even though I was told a certain price on the phone (which I was later charged double for). The staff was very disorganized - the stylist who did my highlights was extremely sloppy, and did not do what I asked of him. The stylist pressured me about three times to also get a haircut which I repeatedly denied politely. They charged me double what they had said it would cost me when I made the appointment on the phone, and when I complained, they were extremely rude and treated me like I was a piece of dirt they stepped on in the street. I will never return to this salon and highly recommend anyone thinking of going there to reconsider. I had a horrible exprience here and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The stylist also got my name wrong and when I corrected him, he looked at his coworker and laughed. If you take anything from this review, please spend your hard earned money elsewhere where you'll be treated like an actual person. If not, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
