Mature crowd (30s and up) hangs out at this Parkdale neighbourhood pub, listening to original music and jazz and blues on Saturday afternoons (Active Dog) and Sunday evenings (different band each week).
A live jam takes place every other Wednesday.Mezzrow's is known for its huge 175-gallon tropical fish tank, surely a source of entertainment on the nights that bands aren't playing. This community-oriented spot also offers a mix of micro-brewery and big label beers on tap, a menu that includes pasta dishes (and is changing January '98), and all-day brunch on weekends.

This place you could walk by a million times & never notice. It's a dark, dingy hole in the wall, but it has a surprisingly nice atmosphere, lots of regulars & a great little garden out back. The beer is ( or was when I was there...) cheap,& the food is traditional bar grub & plentiful.
Check it out!
